MILITIAMEN RMR CUT PISTOL SLIDE – GLOCK 19 GEN 5 COMPATIBLE

Our slides, fully manufactured by us in-house at our facility in “Live Free or Die” New Hampshire, USA. Feature a wire EDM cut breech face. Wire EDM as opposed to broaching ensures exceptional accuracy and tolerances especially when barrel and slide lockup are of the upmost importance such as in a striker fired design with a tilting barrel.

Manufactured from heat-treated 416 stainless steel, Wire EDM cut, RMR optic ready, and finished with DLC or similar premium finish.

PRECISION WIRE EDM BREECH FACE

Wire EDM machined rather than broached.

Broaching is a faster and generally less expensive manufacturing method commonly used to produce internal slide features. Wire EDM is a more specialized manufacturing process that allows extremely tight dimensional control and highly precise geometry without relying on the cutting action and progressive wear of a conventional broaching tool.

We choose the more costly Wire EDM process because our priority is precision and repeatability rather than simply using the least expensive manufacturing method available.
